A press-to-close zipper supports repeated opening for retail packs. It must be positioned with enough clearance for filling and the final top seal. Side-zip and top-zip configurations are available for selected structures.

Coffee packaging is usually evaluated for oxygen and aroma protection because exposure can accelerate flavor deterioration. Moisture and light sensitivity, intended shelf life, distribution conditions and whether the product is whole bean or ground also influence the recommended structure.

Barrier performance should be discussed for the complete package, including seals, folds, zipper and valve. A premium-looking film does not automatically provide the required protection.

Paper-look, metallized, foil-based and other laminated structures may be evaluated according to the required barrier, appearance and target-market requirements. Material recommendations are project-specific and should be checked with the actual coffee and filling process.

Frequently requested retail sizes include 250 g, 500 g and 1 kg as well as 8 oz, 12 oz and 16 oz. These values are only starting points: roast density, bean size, headspace, valve position and pouch geometry affect the final dimensions.

Digital and gravure printing options are available depending on artwork, order quantity and project requirements. The approved dieline should reserve clear areas for valves, zippers, seals, batch coding and required market information.

Matte, gloss, soft-touch, metallic and selected special finishes can be considered according to the laminate and visual objective. Physical samples and production proofs help buyers assess color, texture and barcode readability more reliably than screen images.

MOQ depends on bag format, dimensions, material structure, printing method, valve and zipper configuration and the number of artwork versions. Share quantities by size and design so the quotation reflects the actual production setup.

Stock samples can help compare formats. Custom-size or printed samples may be recommended to verify capacity, stability, valve position, filling clearance and artwork. Production timing is confirmed after specifications, artwork and required samples are approved.
